There is a place between one breath and the next.
A place where nothing is required of you.
You do not need to become calmer.
You do not need to understand anything.
You do not even need to know why you came.
Simply enter.

You Have Arrived
There is nothing you need to do here.
No path to complete.
No lesson to master.
No destination waiting at the end.
Stay for a moment.
Notice the breath entering.
Notice the breath leaving.
Between them, there is a small space.
The Grove begins there.
Nothing Is Asked of You
Much of life asks us to move.
To improve.
To accomplish.
To become something other than what we are in this moment.
The Grove asks none of this.
Here, stillness is not something to achieve.
It is something we notice when we stop reaching for the next moment.
You may stay for one breath.
You may stay for many.
There is no correct way to be here.
Listen
Perhaps you hear the wind moving through the trees.
Perhaps water somewhere beyond the path.
Perhaps nothing at all.
Listen anyway.
Not because there is something you are supposed to hear, but because listening changes the way we meet the moment.
For a little while, allow the world to come to you.
Between Breaths
Breathe in.
Let the breath arrive without pulling it.
Breathe out.
Let it leave without holding it.
And for the briefest moment, before another breath begins…
there is nothing to add.
Nothing to remove.
Nothing to become.
Only this.
Stay As Long As You Wish
There is nowhere else in the Grove you need to reach today.
When you are ready, you may continue.
Or you may simply remain here.
Either is enough.
Welcome to The Grove Between Breaths.
